Digital Portal Services

The corporate and investment banking division of a major European Bank had the objective to extend its digital offering, by adding more business services to its customer portal, but also by deploying it to more customers.

We revealed value by :

  • Deploying the portal to the European franchise of the group (finally ending at 100k+ users)
  • Designing and implementing portal transversal capabilities (e.g. chat, support functions) – Product owner role
  • Integrating new digital services, to make the offer more exhaustive and relevant for the end users.
